Wellness Associate

What you'll do

• Provide courteous customer service and educate customers about wellness product purchases and healthy choices
• use the HIPAA-compliant customer engagement system
• stock, rotate, and maintain merchandise and displays
• coordinate merchandising with grocery management
• order products and manage inventory and shrink
• handle returns and damaged products
• maintain a safe, clean environment
• plan in-store seminars and customer events
• participate in community events as needed
• complete professional development and training.
