What you'll do

• Represent lenders, private equity sponsors, and public and private company borrowers
• structure, draft, review, and negotiate credit and loan documents
• advise on leveraged finance, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, syndicated credit, private credit, note purchase, sovereign debt, and UCC matters
• manage transactions through closing
• coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, financial institutions, and internal deal teams.
