What you'll do

• Direct property operations and staff cost-effectively
• develop and manage the annual budget
• maintain occupancy
• hire, manage, and develop staff
• process applications and recertifications and provide compliance information
• maintain compliance procedures
• supervise rent collection, ledgers, deposits, and petty cash
• pursue delinquent rents and evictions
• direct marketing and leasing
• supervise resident relations, maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, improvements, landscaping, lawn care, and snowplowing
• show apartments.
