Technical Account Executive

The Technical Account Executive role is onsite in Columbus, OH. Pay is $90,000–$130,000 per year. defi SOLUTIONS provides SaaS loan origination, servicing, and managed servicing solutions to auto lenders, banks, credit unions, and finance companies. The role helps assigned clients achieve business outcomes through product adoption, technical guidance, and issue resolution. As a technical relationship manager, the executive identifies risks, coordinates cross-functional responses, and works with sales, product, and engineering teams to support client satisfaction and retention.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary technical escalation contact for assigned clients
• advise on product usage, adoption, configuration, and best practices
• manage escalations and expectations
• translate business needs into use cases
• coordinate complex technical problem resolution
• prioritize development cases
• improve client processes
• communicate service changes and risks
• prepare executive technical reviews and knowledge materials
• coordinate client updates during major incidents, including occasional off-hours incident coverage.
