What you'll do

• Lead communications intake and planning
• translate business priorities into communications strategies
• manage weekly field emails, the monthly BackBone digital magazine, CEO communications, and announcements
• own BackBone editorial strategy and use readership analytics to improve content
• establish metrics, reporting, and scorecards
• improve workflows, calendars, templates, distribution, and franchisee resources
• advise executive leadership and coordinate with Marketing, Public Relations, IT, and functional teams
• deliver and maintain CORE communications training for new franchise owners
• use AI and emerging tools while maintaining accuracy and editorial judgment.
