CNC Equipment Reliability Specialist

The CNC Equipment Reliability Specialist role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. The position supports GTC Manufacturing’s production operations by maintaining CNC and manual machines and helping sustain equipment uptime and throughput. The specialist diagnoses and repairs equipment, performs scheduled and condition-based preventive maintenance, sources parts, and coordinates specialized support when needed. The role also maintains service records and works with operators and production colleagues to support safe, reliable manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair equipment to minimize downtime and return assets to production
• perform scheduled and condition-based preventive maintenance
• partner with external service providers when specialized support is needed
• source and order parts
• maintain maintenance logs, PM checklists, and service histories
• follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidance.
