What you'll do

• Set business-development priorities with executive leaders
• source strategic opportunities
• assess market, clinical, technical, competitive, and financial factors
• lead transactions from outreach and diligence through valuation, negotiation, approval, and close
• negotiate licensing, co-development, co-marketing, and distribution agreements
• coordinate cross-functional diligence
• establish post-signing governance and transition plans
• monitor markets and maintain the opportunity pipeline.
