This role exists to drive business growth by prospecting new clients and managing assigned leads. The representative conducts property inspections, recommends tailored pest management solutions, and builds long-term, trusted partnerships with commercial customers to ensure their facilities meet regulatory and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to recommend the best innovative overall solution for each customer's needs
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s property
• Make recommendations to customers based on your inspection and issues identified
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
