The Psychologist role is onsite in Dothan, AL, with compensation of up to $150 per hour per evaluation. Warrior Vets Medical Services provides in-person general medical evaluations for current and former U.S. military veterans. The psychologist conducts one-time evaluations, reviews records, performs examinations, and provides clinical opinions addressing diagnosis and care questions. The role is scheduled around clinician availability, with a current need for three days per week and appointments totaling no more than eight hours per day.

What you'll do

• Accept cases according to individual schedule availability
• review medical records
• conduct physical examinations
• complete reports addressing clinical questions using the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Sixth Edition
• return cases by specified deadlines
• complete peer-to-peer calls or attempts as required
• provide addenda and address quality assurance or regulatory issues as needed.
