What you'll do

• Manage a litigation caseload that may include probate, title curative, wrongful foreclosure, title disputes, eviction matters, and tax issues
• handle cases from referral through disposition, settlement, or verdict
• attend court hearings and conduct discovery
• respond to disputes and follow investor guidelines and applicable requirements
• prepare and review court filings and correspondence
• resolve title issues
• advise clients and research statutes and case law.
