Description
Perform precision grading and residential dirt work for above-ground pool installations. Manage a full-time helper and ensure all installations meet company quality standards. Maintain and operate personal equipment including a skid steer, Bobcat, or front loader. Adhere to a 200-mile installation radius and complete 20-30 pools per month.
