Sales Director, HVAC Controls

The Sales Director, HVAC Controls role is onsite in Tampa, FL, with regular travel between the Tampa and Fort Lauderdale offices. Compensation is $175,000–$210,000 per year base, plus performance-based incentives. The director joins Albireo Energy’s senior leadership team and supports divisional sales and service growth. The role exists to set and execute divisional strategy, build sales-team capability, and improve productivity, profitability, and operational execution. It contributes by developing markets and accounts, managing sales performance and pricing, and aligning sales and operations.

What you'll do

• Create and implement divisional growth and profitability plans
• hire, train, and motivate the sales team
• lead pipeline development, forecasting, revenue attainment, and sales KPIs
• develop account and market strategies
• guide pricing and deal structuring
• coordinate with project and operations managers
• manage vendor relationships and customer contracts
• address key customer issues
• attend sales presentations and industry events
• support receivables collection.
