What you'll do

• Review proposals, drawings, and specifications for completeness and alignment
• monitor RFIs and submittals in Procore
• review drawings against design standards
• support budget-to-actual tracking and proposal comparisons
• maintain project upgrade lists
• coordinate between design and development teams
• prepare meeting notes and status updates
• assist with scheduled construction observations
• identify process improvements.
