Clinical Dietitian (Part-Time, Hybrid)

The Clinical Dietitian role is hybrid in Oswego, NY, with one onsite day and one remote day per week at Unidine at Morningstar, a long-term care setting. Compensation is $40–$45 per hour. The role supports resident care through clinical nutrition services and collaboration with the food service management team. The dietitian provides Medical Nutrition Therapy, assesses residents' nutritional needs, and develops individualized care plans to support recovery and health outcomes. The role also provides nutrition education, contributes to quality improvement, and supports staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.

What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
• provide nutrition and lifestyle guidance to residents, families, staff, and the community
• apply evidence-based practice in line with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols
• contribute to QAPI initiatives
• partner with food service management to support resident satisfaction and service goals
• support staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
