What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials under site procedures
• respond to incidents and alarms
• complete activity logs and incident reports
• communicate with leadership and client representatives.
