What you'll do

• Handle divorce, child custody, support, and domestic violence cases
• manage cases from inception to resolution
• draft pleadings, conduct discovery, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court
• advise clients and communicate case developments
• attend hearings, mediations, and depositions
• collaborate with paralegals and support staff.
