What you'll do

• Build and maintain client relationships
• provide financial guidance and accurate statements
• manage full-service accounting, payroll, depreciation, and GAAP financial reporting
• grow a book of business and identify service opportunities
• partner with internal teams on referrals and new clients
• stay current on accounting, tax, and regulatory developments
• share expertise with clients and colleagues
• coach and mentor accounting team members
• train staff and review work for quality and consistency.
