Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and site surveys
• repair or replace hardware and building components
• troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues
• patch and paint walls and address minor roofing, masonry, and block repairs
• assist with snow removal and grounds maintenance
• document deficiencies, preventive maintenance, and work orders
• respond to urgent facility issues
• assemble, move, and install equipment.
