Senior Project Manager, Corporate Office MEP Infrastructure & Renovations

Job overview

What you'll do

• Manage multiple real estate projects from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout
• work with clients on scope, resources, estimates, budgets, schedules, quality, and risks
• report project status
• coach other project managers
• conduct proposal and bid evaluations
• keep work on schedule and resolve issues
• facilitate status meetings
• guide project teams through implementation and completion.
