What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities
• greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests
• monitor access and maintain visitor and delivery logs
• communicate entry concerns or unusual activity
• respond to incidents and alarms using escalation and reporting procedures
• answer inquiries, receive calls and deliveries, and document security activities.
