What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• implement individualized skill-acquisition and behavior-support programs
• collect session data
• use reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies
• follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• participate in training and supervision
• communicate with BCBAs, coworkers, leadership, and caregivers
• help maintain a safe and organized therapy environment.
