Fulfillment Associate – First Shift, Monday–Friday

The Fulfillment Associate role is onsite in Florence, AL, with pay of $15–$17 per hour. Renovation Brands develops design-focused home improvement products through ecommerce, and this role supports its outbound warehouse operations. The associate accurately picks, packs, and ships customer orders so products are prepared to meet shipping deadlines and arrive safely and as ordered.

What you'll do

• Pick products according to system instructions
• pack orders to defined packaging and quality standards
• prepare shipments using approved parcel carriers and shipping systems
• meet daily shipping deadlines and service-level requirements
• verify item accuracy, quantities, and condition
• report damage, shortages, or discrepancies
• follow standard procedures
• stage and organize work areas
• assist with receiving and put-away as needed
• shift between tasks according to workload.
