What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests, answer questions, explain promotions and trade-in programs, and recommend products
• process purchases and returns using the point-of-sale system
• maintain clean, organized, and merchandised store areas
• complete omnichannel orders
• conduct inventory counts and restock merchandise
• support loss prevention and make bank deposits as required
• assist with sales, profit, and shrink goals
• supervise and delegate to Sales Associates in management's absence
• follow opening and closing procedures.
