What you'll do

• Inspect job materials for correct size, style, damage, and flaws
• load materials, tools, paperwork, and safety equipment
• notify the office and customer about appointment delays
• confirm work, products, locations, timing, and expectations at arrival
• install products and troubleshoot issues
• document issues and needed materials when safe, quality installation cannot be completed
• coordinate incomplete work with team members
• protect and clean the customer’s home or business
• explain product care, warranties when applicable, and service contact options.
