Restoration Estimator

What you'll do

• Inspect properties affected by water, fire, mold, storms, and other damage
• document damage with photos, measurements, notes, and diagrams
• develop scopes of work
• prepare estimates using Xactimate and other insurance estimating software
• review materials, labor, equipment, and costs
• submit estimates and revisions
• communicate with owners, adjusters, insurers, project managers, and internal teams
• maintain project documentation.
