What you'll do

• Review internal property communications and prioritize tasks
• respond to guest reviews and messages
• assist with accounts payable and receivable
• cover front desk, parking, and room-inspection shifts
• prepare signage and guest materials
• update digital signage and room channels
• assist Engineering projects
• attend revenue calls
• coordinate marketing and social content
• support staff events, sales, groups, and meetings
• maintain accurate online travel-agency listings.
