What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care, including medications, wound care, and medical procedures
• supervise assigned STNAs
• develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• conduct daily rounds
• administer ordered medications, treatments, and therapies
• monitor resident conditions and report changes
• maintain resident records
• participate in quality improvement
• coordinate care with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
