What you'll do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and cross-team planning
• coach teams and leaders in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and value-focused delivery
• track impediments, risks, and dependencies
• partner with Product Owners on backlog readiness and Sprint Goals without owning product decisions
• maintain delivery information in Jira and Confluence
• use delivery metrics to guide improvement
• facilitate stakeholder communication.
