What you'll do

• Collaborate with campus departments to maintain a safe, caring, trauma-informed environment
• monitor cameras and fire-safety panels and conduct safety rounds and drills
• manage building and key access
• record medication information and shift documentation
• prepare rooms and oversee cleanup
• guide residential staff, interns, and alumnae on community responsibilities
• lead or co-lead meetings and groups
• oversee Work Therapy assignments
• provide onsite on-call coverage four nights per week from 11 PM to 7 AM, including some weekends.
