What you'll do

• Present treatment plans and financial options
• verify insurance benefits and explain coverage, estimates, and out-of-pocket costs
• manage pre-authorizations and follow up on pending treatment
• schedule treatment to support provider productivity and same-day starts
• coordinate with dentists, assistants, and front desk teams
• collect payments and support billing workflows
• maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
• build trust-based patient relationships.
