What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting while respecting dignity and preferences
• provide companionship and activities
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• plan and prepare meals
• remind and assist with medication self-administration with proper training
• accompany or transport clients to appointments and activities
• report changes in condition
• document care and observations
• respond to emergencies according to protocols.
