What you'll do

• Meet with decision-makers and customers
• develop sales opportunities and address customer needs
• cultivate sales among commercial and industrial building owners and managers, hospitals, colleges, K–12 institutions, and municipalities
• meet or exceed sales and gross-profit standards
• prepare estimates and proposals
• develop scopes of work
• follow up on projects and participate in project management when needed
• maintain the CRM system.
