What you'll do

• Maintain common areas, grounds, and vacant units
• remove snow and refuse
• support hot water, heating, and cooling systems under maintenance leadership
• assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs
• show spaces to prospective residents when authorized
• observe contractor work and report observations
• respond promptly to emergency repairs
• complete applicable logs and checklists
• follow the collective bargaining agreement and safety requirements.
