The project manager oversees managerial and administrative aspects, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and cost reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage managerial and administrative aspects of projects.
• Perform estimating, scheduling, and quality control.
• Work with owners to facilitate design.
• Prepare accurate estimates.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings.
• Coordinate with Superintendent to ensure safety and schedule.
• Conduct progress meetings with owners.
