The Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Greenfield, IN, providing one-on-one care in a patient's home. What you'll do

• Provide personal care under the nursing team's direction and the patient's Plan of Care
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and household tasks essential to care
• observe and report condition changes
• document care
• follow infection-control, safety, and confidentiality procedures
• and assist with self-administered medications only as permitted.
