What you'll do

• Lead HVAC service, repair, installation, and replacement projects
• diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems
• perform apartment maintenance, unit turns, occupied service calls, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs
• guide and support technicians and installers
• review job scopes and identify equipment and materials
• ensure work meets manufacturer specifications and applicable codes
• take diagnostic readings and verify completed work
• assist with appliance installations as needed
• communicate progress and material needs
• mentor technicians
• complete service documentation
• maintain tools, vehicles, and truck stock
• report safety concerns
• participate in overtime and on-call rotations as needed.
