Technician Manager, East

What you'll do

• Provide feedback on controls submittals and sequences of operation
• help identify design issues
• create or oversee site databases, graphics, and programming
• support project turnover
• assist installation teams and technician scheduling
• direct configuration, setup, and calibration of end devices
• mentor technicians and diagnose BAS issues
• oversee or perform commissioning
• support third-party commissioning
• compile closeout documentation and backups
• maintain customer relationships
• assist with owner training
• participate in technician recruitment
• provide safety feedback and support safety policies and training.
