What you'll do

• Identify operational challenges and solutions
• oversee portfolio budgets and occupancy standards
• support annual budgets and pricing analysis
• recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff
• uphold policies and resident-service standards
• monitor market trends, rental rates, leasing, renewals, and occupancy
• maintain transaction and accounting records
• collect and post rents as needed
• process approved invoices
• and obtain vendor and contractor bids.
