What you'll do

• Prepare budgets and proposals
• review architectural drawings, specifications, submittals, and construction documents
• evaluate existing buildings and develop repair solutions
• prepare technical reports
• participate in project meetings
• conduct field observations and prepare reports
• perform field quality assessments and diagnostic testing under ASTM and AAMA standards
• manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• provide technical guidance and mentorship
• travel periodically outside the Denver metro area for project assignments.
