What you'll do

• Assist with developing and implementing custody, security, and treatment policies and procedures
• respond to major unusual occurrences
• direct, train, evaluate, and supervise employees
• assign posts and review post orders
• review disciplinary matters
• inspect the facility and staff work
• maintain logs and prepare reports
• support facility security goals and compliance.

Why this role
