What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and hold the sales management team accountable

• set and monitor sales, profit, customer satisfaction, lead conversion, and Chevrolet performance goals
• oversee desking, negotiations, deal structure, and finance coordination
• forecast performance
• manage Chevrolet inventory
• coordinate advertising, promotions, and lead generation with leadership and marketing.
