What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members

• manage the location’s profit and loss, sales, labor, and expenses
• forecast labor and inventory
• oversee ordering, inventory, and vendor deliveries
• resolve guest concerns
• support local marketing and community partnerships.
