What you'll do

• Analyze allocation of personnel, IT, policy, fiscal, and management costs
• document cost pools, allocation bases, coding structures, and claiming flows
• identify undocumented assumptions in federal claims
• build allocation formulas, distribution methods, and matrices
• create cost pool reporting and coding matrix
• prepare allocation schedules and PACAP supporting documents
• build fiscal impact projections
• quantify effects of federal rate changes
• identify allowable administrative costs not currently claimed
• validate calculations after implementation
• adjust models and documents based on feedback
• maintain detailed time records.
