Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) role is based in Tulsa, OK, with work performed on the road in patients’ homes across the service area. Compensation is $75,000–$80,000 per year. What you'll do

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
• provide wound care and other physician-prescribed treatments
• coordinate with physicians, therapists, and family members
• document care accurately and follow policies and regulatory standards
• educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and health management
• respond to medical emergencies and patient concerns with appropriate interventions.
