Construction Project Manager / Estimator

What you'll do

• Review bid documents, plans, specifications, and requirements
• maintain online plan rooms and project plan sets
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids
• develop scopes of work and bid lists
• distribute invitations to bid
• communicate with stakeholders
• analyze proposals
• collaborate on owner proposals
• assist with budgets and value-engineering opportunities.
