What you'll do

• Oversee assigned facilities and directly supervise Food Service Directors
• apply company and facility policies
• work with dietitians on regulatory requirements
• maintain client partnerships and quality-assurance processes
• plan unit budgets and review financial results
• develop weekly financial plans and support P&L reviews
• assist with bids, proposals, contract terms, and new-account transitions
• audit food production, sanitation, purchasing, safety, payroll, and records
• support human resources compliance
• train and develop directors and employees
• communicate goals and ensure company systems are followed.
