What you'll do

• Provide polished, attentive service and respond to member needs
• maintain female locker rooms in clean, orderly, and stocked condition
• replenish towels, toiletries, amenities, and supplies
• assist with valet bags and belongings
• reinforce shared-space etiquette tactfully
• identify facility needs, notify Maintenance, and follow up
• collaborate with Operations and Hospitality teams.
