What you'll do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Haile Underground project
• oversee portal and decline development, underground mine design, infrastructure, and project execution
• drive safety, schedule, cost, quality, and risk performance
• lead contractor selection, tendering, contract awards, and performance management
• oversee budgets, capital expenditure, forecasting, and cost optimization
• build relationships with site leadership, operations, contractors, consultants, and regulators
• lead, mentor, and develop the project team.

Why this role
