The Dishwasher / Janitorial Team Member role is onsite in Linthicum Heights, MD. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour. The position supports The Missing Grain, a 100% gluten-free bakery and café, by maintaining clean, sanitary, and organized facilities. The team member cleans dishes, equipment, floors, work areas, and restrooms while following sanitation, allergen-awareness, and food-safety procedures. This work helps protect the gluten-free facility’s food-safety practices and supports a clean customer environment.

What you'll do

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, pans, and bakery equipment
• operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely
• keep utility areas organized
• sweep and mop kitchen, bakery, and café floors
• clean sinks, drains, walls, doors, restrooms, and dining areas
• empty trash and recycling
• perform routine janitorial and deep-cleaning tasks
• restock cleaning supplies
• follow chemical-use, sanitation, food-safety, and gluten-free facility procedures
• assist bakery, kitchen, and front-of-house teams with cleaning as needed.

Why this role
