What you'll do

• Supervise caregiver staff on duty and support quality resident care
• follow each resident’s Negotiated Service Plan and report changes in condition
• respond to resident calls and emergencies
• assist with meals and supervise caregivers in the dining room
• follow infection-control precautions
• administer and document medications according to medication records and policy
• observe and report adverse reactions and medication errors
• communicate resident needs and changes at shift handoff
• maintain required paperwork and CPR and First Aid certification.
